Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to FSTA Rent Car. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and car rental services (collectively, the "Services") across Georgia and Armenia. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

FSTA Rent Car is operated by FSTA LLC, a company registered in Georgia with its principal office at 23 Paolo Iashvili St, Tbilisi 0105, Georgia. We provide car rental services throughout Georgia and Armenia.

2. Driving License Requirements

2.1 Age and Experience

• You must be at least 23 years old
• You must have held a valid driving license for at least 2 years

2.2 License Validity

If your license has Latin letters (A, B, C, D, etc.):
You do not need an international driving license. Your license is valid.

If your license does NOT have Latin letters:
You must provide an international driving license to drive with us.

Please send us a photo of your driving license before pickup.

3. Pickup & Drop-off

We deliver cars anytime, anywhere you want in Georgia and Armenia without any additional charge.

You must provide:

• Exact pickup location via Google Maps link only
• Exact drop-off location via Google Maps link only
• Exact pickup and drop-off times. Specify AM or PM clearly to avoid confusion

No text descriptions accepted, only Google Maps links.

4. Cross-Border Travel (Georgia ↔ Armenia)

If you plan to travel between Georgia and Armenia with our car, this option must be selected on our website at the time of booking, as it is a paid service.

If you selected this option and are traveling between countries:

• Send us your passport together with your driving license
• We will take care of all required border crossing documents for you

Crossing the border between Georgia and Armenia without selecting this option in advance is not allowed.

5. Washing Policy

If you did not select the Pre-Wash Service, the car must be returned washed.

• If you want to return it unwashed, you may do so by paying an additional €50
• Returning the car unwashed without selecting this option will result in a penalty fee

If you already selected the Pre-Wash Service, you can ignore this section.

6. Fuel Policy

The car may not necessarily be received with a full tank; it could be even less than half full, but whatever the fuel level is at pickup, you must return it at the same level.

• You may purchase the Prepaid Fuel Service for €50 and return the car at any fuel level
• If you do not purchase this service and return the car with less fuel, a penalty fee applies

If you already selected the Prepaid Fuel Service, you can ignore this section.

8. Insurance Rules (Mandatory)

The insurance rules that apply to you are strictly based on the insurance option you selected at the time of booking. Each insurance option has different coverage and responsibility levels, and those exact rules will apply to your rental.

If You Encounter Any Problem

(accident, breakdown, warning lights, unusual noise, stuck vehicle, off-road issue):

• Do NOT try to fix the car yourself
• Do NOT connect the car to any mechanical or electrical device
• Do NOT repair, tow, or modify the car without our permission

If you do any of the above without our approval, you will be penalized with a fee, and insurance coverage may be cancelled.

Instead, immediately call us and wait for instructions. We will help you and handle the situation correctly.

9. Vehicle Breakdown and Assistance

All rentals across Georgia and Armenia include 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of breakdown:

• Contact us immediately at +995 558 43 29 29
• Do not attempt repairs yourself unless instructed
• We will arrange for assistance or a replacement vehicle as soon as possible, whether you are in Georgia or Armenia
• Mechanical failures not caused by the renter will be addressed at no charge

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FSTA Rent Car shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing legal action.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
